By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and you hereby consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described herein. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you should refrain from using the Platform.
2. Scope of Policy
This Policy applies solely to the information collected from or about venue partners through their use of the Platform for venue management purposes. It covers the data practices on the Platform and does not extend to any other websites, applications, or services that are not operated by PlaySync. In particular, this Policy does not govern the practices of third-party services or any other products of PlaySync that are outside the Platform. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party platforms or services, and if you follow links or integrate the Platform with other services, we encourage you to review the privacy policies of those third parties separately.
3. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
We collect personal and business information that you voluntarily provide when using the Platform. This includes identifying information such as your full name, email address, phone number, and account login credentials that you supply during account registration or profile updates. We also collect information about your venue and operations, including your venue's name, address, contact details, facility amenities, images, and operational hours, as well as any other details you choose to submit about your venue for display on the Platform. In the course of managing bookings through the Platform, you will provide booking details and related customer information. This booking information includes the date and time of each booking, the specific facility or court reserved, the amount charged for the booking, and the name and phone number of the individual who booked a slot at your venue. By inputting such customer information into the Platform, you represent that you have the necessary authority or consent to provide that personal data to PlaySync for use in accordance with this Policy.
Information Collected Automatically
In addition to the information you provide directly, our Platform automatically collects certain technical and usage information as you interact with it. This data may include device and network identifiers and characteristics (such as your device type, operating system version, browser type, IP address, and unique device IDs), as well as Platform usage details (such as the features or screens you access, the dates and times of your visits or actions, and other analytics regarding your interaction with the Platform). We collect this information to understand how the Platform is being used, to improve its performance, and to maintain the security of our services. This allows the Platform to maintain accurate booking records on your behalf, prevent double-booking or scheduling conflicts, and provide you with tools to manage reservations and transactions efficiently. The information you input enables us to generate and present back to you comprehensive booking histories and receipts, and it supports features like calendar management and revenue tracking, thereby assisting you in the day-to-day operations of your venue.
In addition, PlaySync uses collected information to provide you with analytics, insights, and reporting on your venue's performance. For instance, we may analyze your venue's booking data to inform you about patterns such as peak booking hours, utilization rates, and estimated earnings over a given period. These analytics are presented within the Platform to help you understand trends and make informed business decisions to optimize your venue's operations. We also use your information to communicate with you for customer support and administrative purposes. This includes sending you important notifications or communications about changes to the Platform, responding to inquiries or support requests you submit, and informing you about updates or improvements to our services. We may contact you via email, phone, or in-app notifications for these service-related reasons.
Furthermore, we may occasionally analyze the booking information and usage data in aggregate to improve and refine the Platform's features and user experience. Through such analysis, we aim to identify common trends or preferences among venue partners, which can guide us in optimizing existing tools or developing new functionalities that better serve your needs. Based on these insights, PlaySync might also inform you of new features, services, or promotional offers that we believe could benefit your venue or enhance your use of the Platform. Any promotional outreach will be conducted in accordance with applicable law and, where required, based on your consent or opt-in preference. Finally, we use the information we collect to protect the rights, property, or safety of PlaySync, our users, and the public. This includes monitoring for fraudulent activities or misuse of the Platform, enforcing our terms of service and other policies, and ensuring we comply with applicable legal obligations. In summary, all personal information is processed lawfully and fairly for the above-stated purposes, which are relevant to our provision of a reliable and efficient venue management service to you.
